Luis Alba, was born in Madrid in the mid 70’s, and his passion for experimental theatre led him inextricably to Barcelona’s theatrical institute where, following his second year of interpretation he was employed as “mercenary” actor by the theatrical group “La fura dels BAUS “. He went on to “serve” with the internationally-known Catalan group for 4 years in 5 different productions. During this period, he was recruited by the Amnesia club for the 97-98 seasons. Putting into practice a wide range of artistic qualities (stilts, fire, percussion, body painting, etc ..) and his versatility across a wide range of artistic disciplines, he became an increasingly valuable artistic asset, leading to his taking part in several world resonance events, contributing to them all with his particular interpretive force: Cannes Film Festival, The MTV AWARDS held in Barcelona at the end of the 90’s, the Barcelona Parade and more. Luis “el diablo” is a compendium of different artistic disciplines. He is an actor and percussionist accompanied by spectacular fire juggling. This character is also the official percussionist at the People from Ibiza World Tour parties…this diabolic presence has warmed up clubs the world over (Europe, Mexico, Cairo, Russia, Kiev, Slovenia, etc…).
